Australia’s largest family owned freight forwarder relocates to bigger Acacia Ridge site for $200,000 pa

NSW based freight forwarder VI.SA  Australia P/L  has rented a 1,185m2 metal clad building at 66 McCotter Street, Acacia Ridge, for $200,000 pa on terms of 4+1 years. King & Co’s Richard Hall handled the transaction, while the lessor, a local investor, is undisclosed.

The property is for part of a site that runs along the left hand half of McCotter Street, but not back to Beaudesert Road. It comprises 200m2 of office, 850m2 of warehouse, 135m2 of awning and 10,000m2 of hardstand.

According to Hall the new tenant is relocating from elsewhere in Acacia Ridge  due to a lack of yard space but wanted to stay in this suburb because of its proximity to all the major arterials
