An expanding Corporate Plumbing Services is relocating from the CBD and has paid $800,000 for a 314m2 strata titled unit  at 4/27 Birubi Street, Coorparoo.  King & Co’s Jane Turnbull handled the transaction while the vendor is undisclosed.

Located in a complex of 5, this site comprises a 234m2 warehouse  along with 80m2 of office over two levels.

The new owner is a plumbing contractor for large CBD buildings and is moving from 260 Queen Street to  Coorparoo  in order to better and more economically service its customer base
