Growing manufacturer chooses to buy instead of lease

An expanding Anco Manufacturing has paid $885,000 for a 705m2  freestanding building at 12 Chetwynd Street, Loganholme. King & Co’s Myles Clentsmith was responsible for the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed.

The property is situated at the crossroads of the M1 and Logan Motorway and comprises 144m2 of office and 561m2 of warehouse with a height of 6m to 6.5m.  

Anco is a repetition engineering firm which manufactures small components for machinery, eg for mining  and other specialist users.

It is relocating from a smaller, leased  premises  in Kingston
