Youngbo Australia P/L, a NSW based subsidiary of Japanese owned Sekisui Pilon P/L, is relocating from two Brendale sites to a single single building at  15/853 Nudgee Road, Northgate, and will be paying $200,000 pa in rent. King & Co agents  handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed

The new tenant chose this location  because it wanted to stay on the northside and found it had enough space to accommodate the 40+ 40 foot containers  that are brought in monthly from its nationwide operations, a feature that was more constrained in its previous locations. The  company was also very happy with the competitive rates
