A-One Investments P/L has bought a near new 1,368m2 tilt slab  freestander at 60 Burchill Street, Loganholme, and will be receiving around $164,000 pa from its tenant, A-One Accessory Imports, which signed up to a  3 year lease and had relocated from elsewhere in Loganholme before the sale was completed

King & Co’s Myles Clentsmith, who handled the transaction, says that while the exact price  cannot be disclosed  properties of this age, size and location are generally going for between $2.2 million and $2.4 million
