A local investor has paid $410,000 for  a 224m2 unit at 14/96 Gardens Drive, Acacia Ridge, and will be receiving  around $31,000 pa from its tenant, Skehan Antennas, which is on a 5+3 year lease. King & Co’s James Kenny handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed

The site is situated within the 18 unit Paradise Road Industrial Estate, which was originally developed by the vendor, and consists of a modern, tilt panel office/warehouse accessed via a container height roller door
