Laam P/L, an expanding fruit and nut wholesaler, is relocating from its leased Acacia Ridge quarters to a 195m2 unit it bought at at 7/71 Beenleigh Road, Coopers Plains. Including  GST, the purchase price is around $300,000 pa. King & Co agent Rod Hewitt handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed
