Local firm buys Coopers Plains property with the intention of future development

A local firm has paid $420,000 for a 100m2 residence on 602m2 of GI land at 41 Weaver Street, Coopers Plains,with the intention of eventually building an indusrial space for owner/occupation. King & Co’s James Dimsey handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed.

This property is 12 kms south of Brisbane’s CBD and 200 m east of Beaudesert Road. Dimsey says Coopers Plains is one of the most established industrial precincts in Southeast Queensland and is home to many state, national and multinational companies.
