Local investor buys Albion building for $625,000 and will be receiving over $32,000pa in rent

A local investor has bought a 188m2  freestander at 4 Anstey Street, Albion, for $625,000 and will be receiving approximately $32,000 pa from its tenant, Venerdi Finance, which is on a 5 year lease. King & Co’s Jane Turnbull handled the transaction.

This rendered block  building is half occupied, with a remaining space available for rent

Eventually the new owner intends to consider redevelopment as the complexion of the neighbourhood goes more upmarket and its potential city views are taken into consideration
