Quality Bakers of Australia rents Richlands site to best service customers on Brisbane’s fast growing westside

Quality Bakers Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of  food giant Goodman Fielder, has rented a  1,230m2 office/warehouse at 3/145 Archerfield Road, Richlands, on terms of 3+3 years. King & Co’s Ben Donnelly handled the transaction, while the Melbourne based lessor is undisclosed. Tim Armstrong of Knight Frank was the listing agent.

This quality, tilt panel space is one of four in the complex and is accessed via four container height roller doors. It is to act as a storage and distribution depot for the seven contractors that service the firm’s  retail and food service stores between Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Donnelly says “the firm chose this site in large part due to its easy semi trailer access, proximity to major arterials and to best service customers in Brisbane’s expanding west.” He went on to note that “similar properties in this area are being rented for between $100/m2 and $120/m2

The new tenant is a recognised bread brand that produces a wide range of everyday baked goods available extensively across New Zealand and Australia

Products encompass a wide range of baked smallgoods, including buns, rolls, crumpets, muffin splits, pikelets, tortillas, wraps, panini, Turkish bread, fruit bread and pita
