Solar panel firm upsizes into Yatala

In an expansion move, Queensland Solar Systems is relocating its local headquarters from a smaller industrial  space in Labrador to a 715m2 office/warehouse at 1/1 Hovey Road,Yatala. The three year old Victoria based firm, which has outlets nationwide, will be paying $72.500 pa in rent on 3+3 year terms. King & Co’s Pat Kerruish handled the transaction while the lessor is undisclosed.
