Korean dried foodstuff importer expands by leasing next door Underwood unit

NSW based Shin Mi Australia P/L, a nationwide wholesaler of dried foodstuffs from Korea has expanded its Brisbane operations by renting a 535m2 unit at 5/28 Nevilles Street, Underwood. At $115/m2, the cost will be $61,525 pa on terms of 4 +5years. King & Co agent Pat Kerruish handled the transaction while the lessor is undisclosed.

One of five units in a tilt slab development  located just off busy Compton Road, it  features 415m2 of clearspan warehouse, accessed via a container height door, and 120m2 of office over two levels
