Local pest control firm moves to larger site in same Acacia Ridge complex

Allgon Pest Control has paid $370,000 for a 261m2 industrial unit at 14/10 Miltiadis Street, Acacia Ridge. The purchase allowed the 25 year old company to relocate from a smaller space in the same complex. The vendor is undisclosed, while the transaction was handled by King & Co’s James Dimsey

According to Dimsey “units in  this development  have been very competitively priced for their prestigious Acacia Ridge position, particularly their short distance to Beaudesert Road and easy access to major arterials.”
