A NSW investor paid $875,000 for a vacant 544m2 building at 20 Computer Street, Yatala, then tenanted it with its own company, Uretek Ground Engineering, which relocated from Logan. King & Co’s Myles Clentsmith handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed
The site comprises a metal clad office/warehouse on 2,301m2 of General Impact Business & Industry zoned land and is the first time in 20 years that it’s been on the market
