Icon-Septech P/L, a Brisbane headquartered national precast concrete specialist, is relocating from premises at Slacks Creek and Loganholme to a larger space at 9-13 Telford Circuit, Yatala, and is committed to paying $367,710 pa in rent on terms of 10+5+5 years

King & Co’s David Knox handled the transaction, while local builder/developer Telford’s Building Systems P/L was the lessor. Knox was also responsible for subsequently leasing the vacated Loganholme property for $78,000 pa
