Icon-Septech P/L, a Brisbane headquartered national precast concrete specialist, is relocating from premises at Slacks Creek and Loganholme to a larger space at 9-13 Telford Circuit, Yatala, and is committed to paying $367,710 pa in rent on terms of 10+5+5 years

King & Co’s David Knox handled the transaction, while local builder/developer Telford’s Building Systems P/L was the lessor. Knox was also responsible for subsequently leasing the vacated Loganholme property for $78,000 pa

This freestanding 3,878m2 building features 3,500m2 of warehouse and 378m2 of office located only seconds away from the M1. It boasts dual 10t gantry cranes, 6m x 11m sliding doors and an abundance of hardstand that is ideal for container set down and material storage. Icon-Septech  was formed in 2004. It originated from the divestment of precast concrete operations of Icon Industries P/L, which was formerly owned by Iplex Pipelines and included well known brands such as Gatic and Milnes

Icon-Septech merged with Septech Industries (Australia) P/L, which has been trading since 1987. The combined company has a multicultural workforce of 95 and provides Australiawide coverage through five operations located in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and West Australia. It  also manufactures and sells ferrous access covers and grates, pipeline fittings and pipe, wastewater treatment systems as well as offering engineering expertise
