Bathroom Supermart rents outlet in Geebung for $70,000pa

An expanding Bathroom Supermart P/L has rented a 500m2 freestanding showroom/warehouse at 138 Robinson Road,Geebung, and will be paying $70,000 pa on a term of 4+4 years. The tenant, which also has outlets in Slacks Creek and Ipswich, plans to open its doors in June. King & Co agent David Knox handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed

Of block construction with a tin roof, it is accessed via a full container height roller door at the side and a low height door at the front.

According to Knox the owner, a bathroom fixture specialist, “ found this site by driving around and was impressed by its proximity to major roads and excellent exposure.”
