Door to door wine delivery specialist relocates its Queensland operation to Richlands on a lease costing $144,525 pa
Wine delivery specialist Nexday is relocating from a subleased Oxley facility to one that better fits its size needs, a 1,927m2 office/warehouse at 6/339 Archerfield Road, Richlands. The rental rate is $144,525 pa on a term of 5+5 years. King & Co’s Daryl Sluggett handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed.
Constructed on this 1.5 ha Light Industry zoned site are 4x624m2 office/warehouses and 3×1,927m2 office/warehouses, this being one of the latter. All warehouses are accessed via 2 container height electric roller doors, while each has a fully carpeted and air conditioned office. They were unaffected by the flood
The new owner is Sydney based, has been in business for over 20 years, and provides nationwide delivery of wine on a door to door basis.
According to Sluggett “the pre flood leasing market saw some premises come available, mainly the result of business rationalisations. These spaces include standalones and units from 600m2 to 3,000m2 at rates from $90/m2 to $110/m2. During the next six months vacancies should fall, but with rental rates the same as before.”
