Expanding Kaon Electric relocates to Loganholme

Expanding Kaon Electric P/ L has taken a $74,969 pa lease on a 515m2 space at 37 Chetwynd Street, Loganholme, on terms of 3+3 years. The five year old firm manufactures medium voltage switching gear for utilities and is relocating from Slacks Creek. King & Co’s David Knox handled the transaction while the lessor is undisclosed.

This building is located on a prominent corner in the heart of Loganholme and  comprises  a 264m2 warehouse accessed via two roller doors and 251m2 of office over two levels
