Once the new premises is refurbished, Galaxy Plumbing (QLD) P/L is leaving its rented space in Salisbury after having paid $540,000 for a 460m2 freestanding building at 63 Richlands Avenue, Coopers Plains. King & Co’s Jane Turnbull handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed

This site consists of 1,169m2 of flat Future Industry land improved with a residential house/ office and approximately 350m2 of workshop
