100% Australian owned manufacturer and exporter/importer of pesticides, fertilisers and industrial chemicals expands into Darra and will be paying $100,000pa
Ipswich based Barmac Industries P/L has taken a 3+3 year lease on 1,078m2 of space at 17 Machinery Street, Darra, and will be paying $100,000 pa. King & Co’s Ben Donnelly handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed
The 56 year old firm is a privately owned developer, manufacturer and exporter/importer of a range of plant protection and nutritional products for the agricultural, turf maintenance and pest control industry. It will use this site to house the finished goods produced at facilities in Swanbank and Blackstone, where it keeps its offices.
According to Donnelly, “this site was chosen as part of an expansion decision and because of its close proximity to both Ipswich and the area’s major arterials”, adding that “for the same reasons they also looked at spaces in Wacol as well as Carole Park.”
The property comprises a very functional masonry, colorbond, insulated and freestanding warehouse accessed via four electric roller doors, with an office over two levels.
