Security screen firm is relocating to Darra

Barrier Home Security & Blinds is relocating  to a flood free 1,242m2 building at 24 Pradella Street, Darra, and will be paying $111,780 pa on terms of 5+5 years.  King & Co agent Richard Hall handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed

This space features a masonry, insulated warehouse with access via 2 electric container height roller doors and offices on the ground floor

The move will also allow the firm to consolidate its operations from 3 buildings into one and provide better roof heigh

The 20 year old company manufactures and installs a wide range of security screens for residential users under the name SecureView as well as upmarket blinds and shutters.

Hall says “the last six months saw an increase in Darra’s  leasing activity, which is expected to get even better during the next six.”
