The need for better exposure compels Richlands Mowers and Chainsaws to relocate

After 15 years at the same Kelliher Road location, Richlands Mowers and Chainsaws has been forced by the need for even more exposure to buy two adjoining tilt panel units in Wacol. These comprise the $370,000 paid for a 231m2 office/warehouse  at 4/1 McRoyle Street, on the corner of Boundary Road, while $350,000 bought an identical one next door at 5/1 McRoyle Street. Each featured roller door access. King & Co’s Paul Ekeberg handled both transactions.

Ekeberg says “the new owner was very pleased  that it now had better exposure than before and because the transition was made easier by the fact that the original property was a mirror image of the new one.”
