Hunter Valley based transport firm extends its Brisbane operations by another 555m2

Transport firm Mountain Industries P/L has taken a 3+1+5 year lease on a metal clad 555m2 office/warehouse at 2A/839 Beaudesert Road, Archerfield, and will be paying $65,000 pa. This site is in addition to a 4,000m2 property  it recently rented in the same complex for an undisclosed amount. Both are used for the firm’s trucking operations.

The smaller building is  well exposed to Beaudesert Road and Boniface Street and features access via multiple roller doors. Also included is ample docking  and sealed yard

Based in the Hunter Valley, its area of  service currently extends from South Australia to Far North Queensland, in support of commercial, industrial and rural based customers. The Mountain Industries fleet includes a variety of standard bulk transport vehicles as well as general purpose, pressure and liquid tankers.

Mountain Industries also offers nationwide rail and sea facilities.

King & Co Property Consultants’ Daryl Sluggett handled each tranaction, while the lessor was a local investor.
