Timber and plywood wholesaler relocates to Rocklea for $130,000 pa

Waymar International, a wholesaler of timber and plywood, has rented a 737m2 office/warehouse on 4,108m2 of land at 31 MacBarry Place, Rocklea, and will be paying $130,000 pa on a term of 3+3 years. According to King & Co agent David Knox, who handled the transaction, “the firm is relocating from a Thornside facility to one which better meets its space needs and growth plans.” The lessor is undisclosed.

This recently renovated freestander features a massive concrete yard that is ideal for trucks and storage. It is accessed via five container height roller doors as well as two crossovers and offers a 20 tonne gantry crane.

The new tenant is a division of The Timber Depot,  a growing network of outlets for quality timber and building supplies, serving tradesmen as well as DIY’ers..

Each operation is fully committed to sustainably grown and harvested plantation timbers and legally and responsibly salvaged private timbers, from both Australia and abroad. It predominantly source timber and plywood from mills around the country and selectively imports product both via agents and directly from overseas suppliers.
