A recently opened Australian Contract  Packers (ACP)  has headquartered itself  in a 794m2 office/warehouse at 4/8 Boyland Avenue, Coopers Plains, and will be paying $80,000 pa on a  3.5 year term. King & Co agent Daryl Sluggett handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed.

This unit offers good access plus some exposure to Beaudesert Road and features a well presented brick face, entry via a container door and four car parks.

ACP packages food for a nationwide clientele in sizes from 2 grams up to 25 kgs. It also manufactures pizza bases for a major chain.

Sluggett says “the firm chose this site because of its close proximity to present and potential  clients and because of its links to all the major arterials.”
