Wacol based Coleman Tyre Company decides to buy instead of lease its existing quarters

Coleman Tyre Company has paid $625,000 for a 399m2 office/warehouse unit at 5/3471 Ipswich Road, Wacol, after having leased the property for the last 4 1/2 years. King & Co’s Paul Ekeberg and features handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed.

GI zoned, it is constructed of concrete panels with a metal deck roof and features roller door access, 5 car parks as well as exposure to the busy Ipswich Motorway.

The new owner is a seller of new and used tyres of all brands
