Banyo Zips into boiling water

Australian owned Zip Industries, a Sydney based manufacturer and global distributor of instant  boiling and chilled water systems, has rented a 746m2 space at 11/368 Earnshaw Road, Banyo.  While the rate is undisclosed, similar properties in the area are achieving between $205/m2 to $215/m2.

The new tenant  has offices nationwide, NZ and the UK, and, according to a company spokesperson, “sees relocating of its Brisbane operations from smaller quarters in Eagle Farm to the larger Banyo site as a strategic benefit.”

King & Co’s David Knox handled the transaction, while the lessor was a local developer.

This site is located in the new Checkpoint Business Park, which comprises 14 architecturally designed strata titled boutique office/warehouse units ranging in size from 219m2 to over 1,000m2. Sale prices here are between $620,000 and $2.6 million, while tenancies can be had for $200/m2 to $325/m2 . Other features features include a 8.25m2 high clearspan warehouse, ample parking, concrete panel construction, a kitchenette, an onsite cafe, proximity to major arterials and an impressive entrance that allows. for multiple entry points
