Local investor buys Acacia Ridge unit for a ground breaking yield of 7.26%

A local investor has paid $402,000 for a tenanted 276m2 office/warehouse in a complex of 18 units at 7/16 & 17 Mahogany Court, Acacia Ridge. Located close to Beaudesert Road and the Logan Motorway, this modern, tilt panel space is occupied by Hirotec Maintenance, a servicer of air conditioners, on a 3 year term.

King & Co’s Rod Hewitt, who handled the transaction, said, “its extremely strong yield of 7.26% reflects the lack of available investment stock under $1 million in and around the precinct.” The vendor is undisclosed.
