An expanding AADI Australia  has paid $2,220,000 for a 1,793m2 office/warehouse on 4,113m2 of GI land  at 57 Meadows Avenue, Coopers Plains. The 20 year old firm, which is relocating from Coorparoo, is the leading domestic supplier of constant velocity joints for front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive motor vehicles.

King & Co’s Rod Hewitt handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed.

This property is located 100m off Beaudesert Road with easy access to major arterials and just a few minutes to the rail marshalling yards. Of brick/besser block/colorbond construction, it features 470m2 of office over two levels, a 1,323m2 clearspan warehouse, 468m2 of awning and a large hardstand.

According to Hewitt, “this sale has made it even more difficult to find buildings in popular sizes between 1,000m2 to 2,000m2.”
