Precision Belting has paid $1,350,000 for a hard to find medium sized building at 19 Lancashire Street, Acacia Ridge. The new owner manufactories conveyer belts at its Adelaide headquarters, where its operated of 40 years, and alters and fits them in Brisbane, where it’d been for 10 years. It’s relocating from a smaller building in Salisbury.

King & Co’s Rod Hewitt handled the transaction, while the vendor is undisclosed.

The property comprises a freestanding 1,334m2 office/warehouse on 2,033m2 of GI zoned land. More specifically it presents 227m2 of office space over two levels, full kitchen facilities and a 1,107m2 clearspan warehouse accessed via two container height roller doors.

According to Hewitt “the enquiry for properties between 1,000m2 and 2,000m2 has increased but there’s little to choose from.”
