Mining boom has Multotec rent third Meadowbrook space

Reflecting the high demand imposed by Queensland’s mineral and mining sector, an expanding Multotec P/L has committed to a third Meadowbrook space, a 1,200m2 office/warehouse now in the process of being built at 3 Ellerslie Road. A Design & Construct, it is to be rented for $110/m2 when it comes on line on a term of 5 years plus an option. King & Co agent Ben Donnelly handled the transaction, while the lessor is undisclosed. Mr Donnelly also handled the lease for the two others.

This building is to be of tilt slab construction, will have a minimum 7m roof height and provide access via 2 large roller doors.

The new tenant has over 35 years expertise in mineral processing and materials handling and services the mining and mineral beneficiaition industry across Australia in areas such as screening, process equipment, rubber wear and wear resistant linings.

Multotec leases property countrywide and has four premises in Brisbane (including the one noted above, two others in the same estate as well as a fabrication facility in Ipswich). There is also one each in Perth, Newcastle and Mackay.
