King & Co Property Consultants are delighted to announce that 13 Bishop Street, Kelvin Grove has sold at auction on the  3rd April 2014 in King & Co’s auction rooms at Woolloongabba.

The auction followed a five week campaign by Tracy James of King & Co Property Consultants which received an excellent amount of inquiries.

An undisclosed local investor purchased the property under the hammer for $995,000. There were six registered bidders on the day, making for an exciting auction.  This result demonstrates the effectiveness of an auction campaign.
