King & Co Property Consultants have sold 156 Riverside Place, Morningside under the hammer for $1.45 million. The auction was held in King & Co’s auction rooms at Woolloongabba on Wednesday the 18th June 2014 and was well attended by a number of interested parties.

The auctioneer was Bruce Allom of Allom Property Group who has conducted a number of successful auctions for King & Co in the past.

The auction followed a six week campaign by Rob Finlay of King & Co Property Consultants who has experienced great success in city fringe areas such as Morningside.
The vendor, a local business owner, had owned the property for approximately 19 years and the purchaser is another local business owner who plans to occupy the premises.

The fully-fenced 2,187m2 property incorporates a two level 150m2 office space and a 1,050m2 clear span warehouse of concrete tilt slab and iron clad construction.  There are 15 car bays, two sliding doors for easy truck access and a rear roller door to capture the river breezes.
