Nathan Butler is responsible for sales and leasing activity in Brisbane’s city fringe and leasing in the north city fringe, areas that include Albion, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Newstead, Buranda, Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane, West End, Coorparoo, East Brisbane and Woolloongabba. 

All of these areas are going through rapid and exciting changes and Nathan’s passion for this territory shows through his involvement as a delegate on the Brisbane City Council – Community Planning Teams and her understanding of the Urban Land Development Authority and Brisbane City Council’s proposed master plans and the effects it will have on each respective area.
