King & Co have reported their Twenty 18 is off to a flying start. Its agents have hit the new year running with 18 deals been struck.

Sales enquiries were strong from the owner occupier market, 6 transactions took place with a combined property value of over $12m

Leasing enquiry was good, with agreements reached on 12 properties with over 25,000m² of combined industrial floor space leased.

1 Murdoch Circuit, Acacia Ridge

Developments, the division reported receipt of 2 Council approvals within the month. This will see construction of over $7m worth of new buildings. Construction is due to commence on both before the end of February.
