SALES IN BLUE CHIP PRECINCTS
King & Co research has shown that at the end of September there had been 61 reported sales in the South Brisbane Industrial region of Acacia Ridge, Archerfield, Rocklea, Coopers Plains & Salisbury
This amounts to $90 million in sales value over the 61 transactions reported, providing an average selling price of $1,475 million. When looking further at the 61 sales transactions, we can see 40% of the sales were strata with the balance of 60% were freestanding properties.
A notable transaction is the sale of 38, 56 & 69 Peterkin Street, Acacia Ridge for $25m, this represent a land rate of $409/sqm.
