A 10 year lease with options on a 13,327sqm manufacturing facility at 64-74 Lahrs Road Ormeau has been signed up by Wet Fix Holdings Pty Limited. The property was custom built for Beaulieu Australia, a carpets manufacturer in 2003. Beaulieu were in occupation for 15 years before out growing the facility and have now moved to a new larger custom built facility in the Frasers Property “Yatala Central” Estate in the YEA.
The owners of the property completed an extensive refurbishment, re-instating the property to a “as new” state, prior to the Wet Fix Holdings lease commencement date.
As Queensland’s largest privately owned Water Bottle Manufacturer and Supplier, they offer a full range of services. These include home and office delivery through a water cooler service, custom label & private brand water bottles, through to large-scale production with seven assembly lines servicing an array of bottle sizes including 15ltr, 10ltre, 1.5lt, 1lt, 600ml, and 350ml. The water bottled is sourced from over five select pristine Australian Aquifers around Queensland and Northern NSW and provides a high PH value and a natural balance of minerals, just the way Mother Nature intended without additives or chemicals and is free from Chlorine and Fluoride.
