Current activity in Berrinba sees new developments taking place within the Motorway Business Park, at 224-240 Gilmore Road, where 2 new warehouses are currently under construction offering 32,000m² & 12,000m² of floor space, both are being built for pre-commitments. We understand there is also in the pipeline further developments of approximately 10,000m² and 7,000 m² for the Berrinba Industrial precinct. Land bankers have also been active picking up a further 100,000m² in the area within the last 6 months, confirming Berrinba will be a hive of activity in the short to medium term. This activity cements the opinion the Logan Motorway enhancement program is driving businesses to the area, due to its easy access to the major Motorway networks within SEQ linking to interstate trade routes.
