With the End of Financial Year fast approaching the Brisbane Industrial Sales market is going gang busters. King & Co’s sales data reports during the past 6 weeks the Sales Division have completed 18 Industrial Property transactions with a total asset value of $33m. This provides an overall average sale price of $1.8m. When looking at the transactions further we see 7 Strata unit sales at an average sale price of $607k together with 11 sales of freestanding properties and vacant land at an average of $2.6m per sale. Then  looking at the class of sales,  Investment sales account for 45% of the total sales , with vacant buildings at 44%, and land sales rounding out at 11%.

highlights, these results confirm a strengthening market within both  the Investment and Owner Occupiers areas, both are taking full advantage of the favourable market conditions currently on offer. Strong enquiry level is continuing with Investors looking to invest funds into a market that offer strong investment returns with Owner Occupiers taking full advantage of the current all time low interest rates.
