NEW FINANCIAL YEAR OFFERS HIGH LEASING PROSPECTS!

The new Financial Year has provided a strong start within the Industrial Leasing Market, King & Co can report that it has successfully negotiated 7 leases with a combined total floor area of over 67,000m². These transactions see long term leases been signed on properties that are located in established Southside Industrial precincts of Brisbane.
During the Financial Year 2017/18 the majority of transactions fell within the 500m² – 1,000m² floor area range, King & Co are expecting this trend to continue during the financial year 2018/19 with larger leases increasing in volume during the year.
