The Development division at King & Co has reported that their two new developments, currently under construction at Christensen Road Staplyton are on track for delivery to the tenants in July & August 2018

Development 1, is taking place on a 6,316sqm site and offers a total GFA of 2,820sqm, the configuration will be 2,500sqm of clearspan warehouse plus  320sqm of corporate grade office. The building will be completed by August 2018 ready for the tenant to move in.

Development 2,  is an extension for the existing tenant. The extension offers the current tenant an addition freestanding tilt panel building of 2,000sqm. The project is well advance and completion is expected at the end of June 2018. This development includes a refurbishment to the existing office space onsite.
