NEW DEVELOPMENT IN Y.E.A.
March signals the start of a new development in the Y.E.A. The tilt panel office / warehouse of 2,820m² is being built for a pre-commitment and will offer 2,500m² of warehouse, 320m² of office with a generous hardstand area included and sits on a 6,316m² General Industry site. Expected completion date will be late June with access provided to the tenant in July. The Tenant has signed a 7 year lease and will pay market rent for the new facility.
Director Paul McAvoy advised that the tenant had been looking at options for the past 6 months, once all were considered, it was found a D & C would be best for their operations. A perfect fit for their requirements and consolidates two divisions of their business under the one roof. The development will be project managed by MS Projects with Spaceframe having been awarded the building contract.
