Logistics company Vellex has secured Building 3, 84 Christensen Rd Staplyton. This premier facility is of tilt slab construction with a warehouse of 1,800sqm that is accessed via six container height roller doors. The building incorporates an expansive 1,620sqm awning area for all weather loading/unloading. A full drive around site with over 5,430sqm of fully concreted dedicated hardstand area, the property also incorporates 495sqm of near new office area over two floors.
